Aren't I cute?
Sorry I have been so bad at keeping this current. Getting harder to find time without my little helper when I can use the computer. She knows that this is the best toy in the house since it's the one that I am always trying to use without her help. It's amazing how many keys she can hit at once and get all these features to open that I didn't even know were options.
All is going very well for us. Renee just had her 15 month Well Baby Visit and is doing great. She is now 30 1/2 inches tall, which means that on her tippy toes she can now open all our doors on her own (YIKES!!!). She is still a skinny mini and is just shy of 19 pounds. It's not for lack of eating. She is great at trying everything we offer her. She is fast becoming a Sushiland fan. She tried her first bite of seared salmon last week. Think she'll be sticking to the rice, noodles and mango ice cream for a bit longer, but at least she tried it. We survived 3 more shots, but she caught on sooner this time and as soon as the alcohol swab came out she got sad. Luckily the lab techs are fast and she had her sparkly band-aids before she really knew what had happened. Between that and the magical healing powers of stickers she was fine within minutes.
We have had a busy Spring so far with Renee's 1st Birthday party, Uncle Ben, Grandma & Grandpa, and Aunt Chrissy visiting, our first Hawaiian vacation [totally AWESOME!!], Easter & egg hunting, and visiting the tulips with Auntie Penny. All that and then every day life with Renee coming to work with me and getting to play with her big "brothers" and chase the kitties and life is good.
